GrowSumo is a venture backed startup based in Toronto that graduated from Y Combinator.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for people that are extremely organized and are motivated to build a startup into a global business. The ideal candidate has:

  • 2-3+ years experience in a sales, customer support, customer experience, or general operational role in startup/tech companies
  • College / university degree
  • Experience supporting enterprises & SaaS product
  • Experience in a small technology company an asset
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technically-oriented and enjoys learning the nuances of technical product

The role

Customer Support reps will own user engagement and will work with our business and technical teams to increase user activity on our platform. What does this mean? It means on-boarding customers, sending e-mails, answering support tickets, and doing whatever it takes to ensure that our users have an amazing experience!
